1. CASH PAYMENT

Accepted payment method:

  • COD – Pay upon receipt of goods.
  1. PAYMENT BY QR CODE

Applicable for customers with a smartphone installed with SmartBanking app or VNPay e-wallet.

Customers transacting at the Showroom

  • Customers visit the transaction counter at any 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) showroom to make payment. Simply scan the QR code with a smartphone to pay, no need for cash or cards. 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) staff will assist you directly.

Customers transacting online

  • Customers scan the QR code directly on the website via VNPay gateway following the instructions of the online sales staff. We will notify you once the payment is received and proceed with the transaction. Additionally, customers can place orders and pay online following the instructions at:

III. BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT

  • Customers transfer the total amount for goods and shipping fees (if any) to 3rd Floor Meats (3FM)’s bank account (please specify the payment purpose as payment for goods (product name/quantity) to 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) Company).

  1. REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS
  • In case customers have successfully purchased and paid online but return the products, 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) will refund the money to the card used for payment within the following timeframe:
  • For ATM cards: Refund will be received within 7 – 10 business days from the date we receive the customer’s refund request.
  • For Visa/MasterCard/JCB cards: Refund will be received within 7 – 15 business days from the date we receive the refund request. Please note customers are responsible for any card payment fees charged by the bank.
  • For payments via VNPay, Alepay: Refund will be received within 5 – 7 business days from the date we receive the refund request.
  • In case of overpayment, 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) will transfer the excess amount back to the customer. Customers are kindly requested to pay any card transaction fees or gateway payment fees.
  • If customers do not receive the refund after the stated time, 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) will assist in contacting the bank to resolve the issue.
