Return and warranty policy

3rd Floor Meats (3FM) is always committed to delivering to customers 100% new products, in the best condition, intact and exactly as ordered. Cases of return and refund will be considered as follows:

  • Defective products, wrong product type, missing products compared to the order placed.
  • Expired products.
  • Damaged products

Return period: Within 10 days.

  1. Regulations on notification and sending of returned products
  • Notification period for return: Within 24 hours from receipt of the product in case of defective or damaged products.
  • Time for sending and returning products: Within 14 days from receipt of the product.
  • Customers can send by post or bring the product directly to:
  • 3rd Floor Meats (3FM): 91 Nguyen Thai Binh, Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
  • 3rd Floor Meats (3FM) Distributor/Agent system nationwide: You can contact the Distributor/Agent who delivered the product to you directly to notify and send the product for return due to errors or damage.
  1. Cases applicable for return
  • The product has a technical error or is damaged by the manufacturer.
  • The product has expired or shows signs of being used.
  • Error in delivery, missing or broken before reaching the customer.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  1. Conditions applicable for return
  • The product is intact, with full packaging, box, foam, instruction manual (if any).
  • Order confirmation notice, VAT invoice (if any).
  • The product is not scratched, cracked, wet, exposed to chemicals, or has been repaired.
  • The product has no signs of use (in case of wrong product delivery).
